PCB Test Technician
Adecco is currently hiring a Test Technician for a growing family-owned electronics manufacturing company in Nampa, Idaho. This position is ideal for individuals with electronics testing, troubleshooting, and repair experience who enjoy identifying issues, analyzing performance, and ensuring products meet customer and quality requirements.
Location: Nampa, ID
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00/hour + DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
What You'll Do
  • Set up and configure test equipment using engineering instructions, specifications, and production documentation.
  • Perform functional, electrical, and performance testing on electronic assemblies and circuit boards.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose failures down to the component, assembly, or board level.
  • Repair or replace power connections and electronic modules as needed to support testing activities.
  • Operate oscilloscopes, multimeters, flying probe testers, and other electronic test equipment.
  • Conduct operational checkouts and verify products meet customer specifications before shipment.
  • Develop and execute testing procedures, including ICT and flying probe testing.
  • Partner with engineers and production teams to identify root causes and improve product quality.
  • Document test results and maintain accurate production and quality records.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of electronics testing, troubleshooting, or repair experience.
  • Strong understanding of electronic assemblies, circuitry, and electronic test methods.
  • Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, meggers, and other test equipment.
  • Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
  • Knowledge of ICT (In-Circuit Testing) and Flying Probe Testing preferred.
  • IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and/or J-STD-001 certifications preferred.
  • Technical degree or formal electronics training is a plus.
  • Experience using automated test software and computer-based testing systems.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
