Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, cooking, and food safety, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to showcase culinary expertise and contribute to creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Prior experience in casual dining, restaurant operations, or the food industry is highly valued. Both part- and full-time positions available.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
• Handle food with proper hygiene practices, including food handling and knife skills
• Plate dishes attractively and efficiently for service
• Support catering events and special functions as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
• Ensure all food preparation meets safety and sanitation standards

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service environments
• Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling techniques
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
• Experience with menu planning, catering, and causal dining is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Knowledge of the food industry standards and culinary best practices
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience highly preferred
