Sales Executive - Early Career (Field-Based)

Location: Orlando, FL (Field-Based)
Compensation: $50,000 base + uncapped commission

We are looking for high potential, early career talent who want to break into sales and grow quickly. In this role, you will start with your own book of business while spending significant time in the field building relationships and winning new customers.

What You Will Be Selling

You will represent World Fuel's Cardlock and commercial fuel solutions, helping businesses manage fuel costs, improve efficiency, and keep their operations running. This is a relationship-driven, business-to-business sales role where you will make a direct impact on how your customers operate every day.

What You Will Do
  • Start with a portfolio of approximately 50 active customer accounts
  • Grow existing relationships while identifying new revenue opportunities
  • Spend time in the field prospecting, meeting customers, and closing new business
  • Build a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Learn how to deliver value-based solutions to commercial customers
  • Execute territory plans and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • Partner with internal teams to support onboarding and customer success

  • Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong desire to build a long-term career in sales
