Job description

This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Interested applicants must follow the directions in the "How to Apply" section of this flyer to be considered. There may or may not be actual vacancies filled from this flyer. Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer.
Qualifications:In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Expert or Mastery level knowledge of Federal Government, Department of Defense, Navy and agency-specific guidelines and business practices, including statues, regulations, polices, and procedures that cover the various contract types; Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate contractual and procurement policy actions involved in supporting sophisticated and technologically advanced systems acquisition programs; Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing in order to conduct presentations and briefings at command levels; and Ability to effectively manage and supervise a staff of professional, technical and/or administrative employees.
