We're looking for a motivated and reliable Service Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ!

What We're Looking For:
We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated team player who's ready to grow with our Phoenix branch. You'll be a strong fit if you are:

What You'll Do:
You'll play a key role in delivering and servicing air filtration solutions for commercial and industrial customers in and around Phoenix.
  • Perform proper air filtration installation and service in commercial and industrial buildings throughout Phoenix and the surrounding area.
  • Deliver air filtration and related products to customers, verifying the accuracy of items against order fulfillment instructions before departure.
  • Assist in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and preparing for upcoming jobs.
  • Follow customer specific on-site expectations and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the on-site point of contact.
  • Request customer feedback on services and products, and share leads for new business opportunities with your supervisor.
  • Conduct daily inspections and maintain delivery logs and vehicle checklists.
  • Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards.

Experience, Education, and Work Eligibility
  • Service and warehouse-related experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug screen (if required).
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and reliable transportation to and from work.
  • At least 21 years old and at least 1 year of U.S. driving experience (satisfactory results from driving record check/MVR required).

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working on ladders and using general hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read screens and documents and communicate effectively in person, and over the phone.
  • Able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer and math skills are helpful.

Compensation and Benefits
  • This is an hourly position and pay rate is based on experience.
  • Benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance, 401(k) with 100% match up to 4%, profit sharing, and paid time off.
