CDL-A Truck Driver Job Overview
  • Pay you can count on. Earn $1,925 per week guaranteed minimum* with a 75CPM base rate plus a 15CPM performance bonus - up to 90CPM plus stop pay and load pay. Weekly averages around $1,703.*
  • We fly you home. After four weeks on the road, we'll fly you home for five full days off before you head back out. It's home time built to feel like a real reset, every month.
  • Shifts built around the freight. Expect average 8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 11 AM to 2 AM.
  • Freight that's close and consistent. This is a touch-freight position hauling refrigerated grocery loads with pallet jack and some hand unloading on established local lanes.
  • Pay that grows with you. A 5CPM increase is available at one year of service.*
