Job description

Do you like to stay busy and see the results of your work? As a Production Associate, you will help make paints and sealants that fly on real airplanes. You will work for a company that has been making top products for almost 140 years. You will get a tour before you start and paid training on everything you need to know. 

The team is friendly, safety comes first, and the break room fridge is stocked with free drinks. This is a temp to hire job with real room to grow: every employee joins a three level skill program, and each level comes with a raise. The leads give clear, direct feedback, so you will always know how to get better and move up.

As a Production Associate You Will:
• Mix big batches of paint and sealant
• Fill cans and buckets from a conveyor line
• Label each container the right way
• Pack product to ship out

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm. Overtime is built in, and optional Saturdays are offered.

Pay
$23.00 per hour

Production Associate Requirements
• Able to stand for your full shift
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with direct feedback and coaching
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident, because this site follows federal export rules
A background check and drug screen are required after a conditional job offer, in compliance with Washington state law.
