Securiguard Services Limited is currently hiring Industrial Safety Officers to support high-profile industrial operations in Kitimat, BC. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in industrial safety, emergency response, and security operations.

Position Details:

  • Location: Kitimat, BC
  • Schedule: 12-Hour Rotational Shifts (4 Days On / 4 Days Off - Days & Nights)
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Not a Fly-In/Fly-Out Position
  • Wage: Based on qualifications and experience
  • $1000 Signing Bonus (Conditions Apply)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Emergency Response & Industrial Safety Duties
  • Security Patrols & Access Control
  • First Aid Response & Incident Reporting
  • Dispatch / Call Centre Operations
  • Participate in Fire, Rescue, Medical, Confined Space & High Angle Training
  • Support Site-Wide Operations including snow removal, landscaping, and road maintenance
  • Maintain compliance with OH&S, Environmental, and Marine Security policies

What We Are Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Security License (BST preferred)
  • OFA Advanced or EMR Certification
  • Class 3 or 4 Driver's License with Air Brakes
  • NFPA 1001 & 1002 Certifications
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced industrial environments
