Key Responsibilities
- Stay up to date on the latest repair methods, technologies, and OEM procedures
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to OEM and company standards
- Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
- Complete vehicle body repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Perform welding, soldering, panel replacement, and vehicle body alignment operations
- Identify additional damage and communicate repair needs promptly
- Work closely with estimators and team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Attend I-CAR training and remain current on OEM repair guidelines
- Operate collision center equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Must have automotive collision repair experience
- Ability to complete light to heavy repairs on vehicle body work
- Ability to complete/repair automotive structural work on guests' vehicles
- Product knowledge of various auto industry brands
- Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment
- Organized & Guest-focused
- Willing to submit to a pre-hire background check
- Ability to remain in stationary positions (standing/sitting) for extended periods of time, 6 plus hours.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs comfortably
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, or stoop as needed
- Valid Driver’s License
