Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up to date on the latest repair methods, technologies, and OEM procedures
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to OEM and company standards
  • Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
  • Complete vehicle body repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Perform welding, soldering, panel replacement, and vehicle body alignment operations
  • Identify additional damage and communicate repair needs promptly
  • Work closely with estimators and team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience
  • Attend I-CAR training and remain current on OEM repair guidelines
  • Operate collision center equipment safely and effectively
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

  • Must have automotive collision repair experience 
  • Ability to complete light to heavy repairs on vehicle body work
  • Ability to complete/repair automotive structural work on guests' vehicles
  • Product knowledge of various auto industry brands
  • Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment
  • Organized & Guest-focused
  • Willing to submit to a pre-hire background check
  • Ability to remain in stationary positions (standing/sitting) for extended periods of time, 6 plus hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs comfortably
  • Ability to bend, squat, kneel, or stoop as needed
  • Valid Driver’s License
