In Mind Out Counseling Solutions is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our innovative team remotely. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for new clients, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessments to inform treatment planning.
• Design and implement personalized therapy plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, drawing from various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing behavioral strategies and interventions to foster growth and self-awareness.
• Maintain meticulous client records and documentation through electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies while remaining committed to continuous professional development.

Our clientele ranges from adolescents to adults, often presenting with a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As a counselor, you’ll be responsible for building trusting relationships, understanding diverse backgrounds, and tailoring interventions to resonate with each individual’s experiences and preferences.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on providing therapeutic services.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Knowledge of and experience working with electronic medical records systems is preferred.

• Experience with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other relevant therapeutic modalities.
• Training or certification in specialized therapy approaches (e.g., trauma-informed care, family therapy) is a plus.
• Proficiency in telehealth technology and virtual counseling methods.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually. In addition to financial compensation, we provide an extensive benefits package that includes:
