Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you to connect with clients through secure digital platforms while achieving a healthy work-life balance. The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing consistency and structure in your work routine. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client evaluations to understand individual needs and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Provide therapeutic sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Implement effective behavioral strategies to facilitate client improvement and foster coping mechanisms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation through electronic medical record systems, ensuring compliance with all regulations and best practices.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at In Mind Out Counseling Solutions, you will work with a varied client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Your primary focus will be on building strong therapeutic alliances that empower clients to pursue their personal growth and well-being. With a keen understanding of diversity and cultural competence, you will tailor your approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health therapy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and telehealth platforms is preferable.

Preferred Experience
