• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure comprehensive care.
• Design and implement tailored therapeutic strategies, adjusting treatment plans based on each client’s progress and feedback.
• Employ behavioral interventions, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and other therapeutic modalities to facilitate client growth and success.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date electronic client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Actively pursue opportunities for professional development and training, staying current with best practices and new research in mental health treatment.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights and strategies to enhance patient outcomes and enhance team collaboration.

Our organization works with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a mental health therapist, you will be instrumental in providing empathetic, individualized support to empower clients on their journey toward mental wellness.

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing therapeutic services within a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and connect with clients, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working with various populations, including children and adults from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven success in creating and implementing effective treatment plans.
• Background in crisis intervention and stabilization techniques.
