• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing secure video conferencing tools to provide a safe and professional environment.
• Thoroughly assess each client's mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations, observations, and discussions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and preferences of each client, adapting strategies as necessary.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a therapeutic space that encourages openness and sharing among participants.
• Maintain complete and accurate electronic client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and session summaries, ensuring documentation meets legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, enhancing treatment outcomes.
• Stay informed about developments in the field and participate in ongoing professional development, seeking out training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Clarigent, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. • A Master’s degree in counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) within the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience providing mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring secure and confidential communications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members alike.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload while maintaining flexibility and adaptability in scheduling.

• Previous experience in remote therapy settings, demonstrating the ability to engage clients effectively through digital platforms.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

We offer a competitive salary range between $85,000 and $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
