The details

  • This role is located at the SLC Lab (2595 Custer Road SLC, UT 84104)
  • Shifts: 
  • Monday-Thursday; 2PM to 12AM.
  • Friday-Sunday; 7AM to 7PM 
  • Starting Wage: $18.50/Hr

What you'll do

  • All optical lab technicians are trained in the essential job functions in their primary department, including Surface, AR, and Finishing. These will include:
    • Calibrations and operations of all equipment.
    • Mounting lenses into frames while ensuring proper fit, alignment, and quality standards.
    • Effectively identify and address work flow and quality issues.
    • Following standard operating procedures.
  • Technicians will also have the opportunity to be trained in the essential job functions in other departments to meet business and individual growth needs
