Compensation Details
  • Potential earnings of $80,000 - $90,000+ per year
  • Additional pay for oversized loads, layovers, shop time, and tarping
  • Performance bonuses based on mileage and safety
  • Sign-On Bonus of $2,500
  • Driver Referral Bonus of $1,500 available
Work Schedule
  • Long-distance hauls, typically over 2,000 miles
  • Home time every 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the driver's location and dedicated lane availability
  • Monthly mileage ranging from 10,000 to 14,000 miles
Job Responsibilities
  • Transport over-dimensional loads
  • Pick up and deliver from various plant locations
Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • Minimum age requirement of 23 years
  • At least 2 years of verifiable experience with tractor-trailers
  • Experience with 13 or 18-speed manual transmissions is required
  • Flatbed experience is preferred
  • Experience with oversized loads is a plus
  • Having a passport is preferred

In the past 7 years, candidates should not have:

  • Any driving violations related to illegal or intoxicating substances
  • A preventable rollover or fatal accident

In the past 5 years, candidates should not have:

  • Any preventable accidents

In the past 3 years, candidates should not have:

  • License suspensions related to drug and/or alcohol offenses, or any record indicating a disregard for public safety
  • Two or more moving violations
