EPIC Willow Ambulatory Consultant (WAM)


Location: Hybrid

  • Travel onsite the 1st & 3rd weeks of the month (Tuesday–Thursday) (remote for the month of September)
  • Fly in late Monday/early Tuesday, onsite Tuesday–Thursday, fly home Thursday night
  • (All expenses paid – flight, hotel, and meals)
  • Target Start Date: End September

Job Description

Willow Ambulatory (WAM): 1 Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst. The ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible. This consultant will support build, integration, and testing efforts leading up to Baptist Health's July 2027 go-live. Given the depth of our pharmacy scope, we are looking for an analyst with strong Specialty Pharmacy build experience. We are specifically looking for someone with a Pharmacist background (RPh/PharmD) to help align clinical operations with Epic best practices and provide expertise on pharmacy workflows.


Key Requirements:

  • Current Epic Willow Ambulatory (WAM) Certification
  • Strong Epic Willow Ambulatory build experience
  • Epic Specialty Pharmacy Badge (preferred)
  • Hands-on Specialty Pharmacy build experience including: Prior Authorizations, Clinical Monitoring, Patient Enrollment, Financial Assistance Programs
  • Previous Epic implementation experience
  • Pharmacist (RPh/PharmD) background strongly preferred
