What you will do

  • Ensures critical review points and quality assurance controls are incorporated into application development activities and that integrations and transformations meet quality standards.

  • Supports identification, analysis, and fulfillment of business and technical requirements throughout solution development.

  • Supports technical design activities through analysis of requirements and evaluation of solution options.

  • Develops and delivers solutions for moderately complex or less-defined needs by refining requirements, supporting solution design, developing test plans, executing testing, and implementing system enhancements.

  • Performs testing for moderately complex systems and transformations and supports testing of complex systems and integrations.

  • Supports operation and maintenance of applications and integrations by evaluating change requests, performing routine maintenance, and contributing to system improvements under general guidance.

  • Develops and monitors system controls to ensure application performance and reliability and supports reporting and data query needs for end users.

  • Analyzes solutions using standard procedures to support functional and end-user needs, including system maintenance and issue resolution and participation in on-call support activities.

  • Applies emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to support application development, improve efficiency, and enhance system functionality

  • Engages in other duties as needed that support Alliant Energy's Values and helps deliver on our Purpose to serve customers and build stronger communities.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's DegreeInformation Technology, or related field Preferred.

Required Experience

  • 3 years of related experience.

  • Experience working in Agile software development environments.

Pay Range:

$79,000-$102,000

This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
