POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor fluid levels, usage, and system performance throughout the facility.
  • Conduct routine testing and analysis of industrial fluids to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
  • Maintain coolant, lubrication, and hydraulic systems for manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot fluid-related equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Track fluid inventory and coordinate replenishment orders as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to fluid efficiency and equipment uptime.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, production, engineering, and safety teams to resolve operational concerns.
  • Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines.
  • Engage with product group partnerships to bring continual production improvements to end users
  • Network with regional sales team members to assist in procuring new opportunities within their specified territories
  • Ability to network with customer base to offer continuous improvement and increase product productivity
  • Attend partner trainings to insure proper product knowledge and technology advancements.
  • Multi state travel is needed to effectively promote and grow individual regions.

THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
  • Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, or environmental compliance standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Industrial manufacturing product and application knowledge

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, maintenance, lubrication, or fluid management preferred.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems, coolants, lubricants, and industrial fluid applications.
  • Ability to use testing equipment and interpret fluid analysis results.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic computer and documentation skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in industrial environments.
