Now Hiring: Lube Technician

 Burtness CDJR– Whitewater, WI

Burtness CDJR in Whitewater is looking for a reliable and motivated Lube Technician to join our growing service team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn the automotive industry, and is ready to grow with a family-owned dealership.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance
  • Inspect vehicles for safety concerns and report findings to the service team
  • Check and top off fluids (oil, coolant, washer fluid, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and dealership standards
  • Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous automotive or lube tech experience preferred (but not required)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
