Job description

Join a Team That Keeps Industry Flowing

Industrial Fluid Solutions is seeking a hands-on, motivated Fluid Technician to deliver top-tier service in fluid maintenance, machinery cleaning, and product delivery. As a fluid technician, you'll build trusted relationships with our customers while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Experience working with CNC machines is valuable experience for this role, but not required.ย 

Positions available in Sheboygan, Racine, or Milwaukee area!ย 

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and manage metalworking fluids at customer sites
  • Safely remove and replace fluids, lubricants, and components
  • Clean production machinery and washers to meet high standards
  • Monitor inventory and reorder supplies through Vendor Managed Inventory
  • Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and accurate documentation
  • Deliver products and maintain company vehicle
  • Communicate professionally with customers and uphold safety standards

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 3โ€“12 months of related experience or training
  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on mindset
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and adapt to changing tasks
  • Comfortable with physical demands: lifting, standing, climbing, and traveling
