We're looking for a driven, solutions-focused Outside Sales Account Manager to join our Fluid Power division in the Salt Lake City, UT area. If you're passionate about building relationships, solving technical challenges, and driving growth, this is your opportunity to thrive with a supportive, established team.
Essential Functions
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with your District Sales Manager
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and presentations
  • Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across a defined territory
  • Leverage support from expert inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions
  • Use CRM tools and data insights to effectively manage your pipeline and territory
Experience, Education and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a 2-year technical degree (Fluid Power focus preferred), or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience (Fluid Power sales is a strong plus and preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting is a big advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Computer and technology proficient including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn and effectively use CRM systems and related Apps.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally overnight
