Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our team at Fluffies Hot Chicken. As a Customer Service Associate/Cashier, you will help deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
The ideal candidate is punctual, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. This role includes providing excellent customer service, operating the register, bagging food, and supporting daily restaurant operations.
Duties:
- Promptly greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting menu items
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Assist customers with kiosk ordering as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ablility to lift up to 25-30 pounds with or without reasonable accomodation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a restaurant, customer service, or cashier roles
- Cash handling or Point of Sale (POS) experience
- Multilingual skills or able to communicate with diverse customers
