Enrollment Registered Nurse (RN)

The Company: Our client is a growing healthcare organization focused on supporting the geriatric population. They offer full benefits, paid time off, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. The Position: We are looking for a full-time Enrollment/ Intake Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care to patient’s via their individual care plans. The client offers the following compensation package:

  • $80,000- $103,000 Salary Based on Experience
  • Potential For a Sign on Bonus

  • Monday- Friday
  • 8:00am- 4:00pm
  • No Nights
  • No Weekends
  • Frequent Local Travel
  • Conducts Assessments to determine prospective patients’ eligibility for the Pace Program.
  • See Patient in Their Home and the Centers
  • No On Call Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • MA RN Licensed
  • CPR Certified
  • Covid Vaccination not required. Flu shot required for all staff.
  • MDS Assessment Experience preferred ( Minimum Data Set)
  • Must Have Experience Working with the Geriatric Population
  • Build Strong Relationships With Participants
  • Must Have Great Communication Skills
