Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Flu Clinic in Bowie, MD. The RN will be responsible for administering influenza vaccinations, monitoring patients for adverse reactions, providing patient education, and maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with clinical protocols.
Responsibilities
  • Administer influenza vaccinations following established protocols.
  • Assess patients prior to vaccination and review medical history as needed.
  • Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide appropriate care.
  • Educate patients on vaccine benefits, potential side effects, and aftercare.
  • Accurately document vaccinations in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Maintain infection control and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Requirements
  • Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License.
