As a Driver at Falcon Farms, you will help connect our flower farms in South America with stores and customers across the country-ensuring that beautiful, fresh flowers reach family tables every day.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour

Work Responsibilities
As a Falcon Farms Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining professionalism while interacting with warehouse staff and customers
  • Operating a 26-foot refrigerated (reefer) box truck
  • Following all DOT regulations and company safety policies
  • Driving local and regional routes
  • Loading and unloading cargo shipments (pallets or flower racks)
  • Assisting with shipping operations when needed

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Meet all DOT rules, regulations, and requirements
  • Ability to pass a DOT drug screening and physical examination
  • Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
