About This Role

The Field Marketing Representative will drive wholesale sales of cannabis and cannabis products to licensed dispensaries within their assigned territory. This role blends sales execution with brand ambassador responsibilities — building strong relationships with dispensary buyers, budtenders, and end consumers to grow market share and increase brand visibility.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Wholesale Sales & Account Management
  • Prospect, pitch, and close wholesale cannabis sales with dispensaries across the assigned region.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline , and results using CRM tools.
Customer Service and customer follow up Brand Representation
  • Serve as the face of the brand at dispensary events, vendor days, product demos, and community activations.
  • Educate dispensary staff on product features, benefits, and brand story to ensure accurate and enthusiastic promotion.
  • Collect market feedback on product performance, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Partner with marketing to plan and execute field marketing activities.
  • Communicate market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all state cannabis regulations in sales and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with Retail team to maximize SKU utilization across the company.
The Experience You Bring and the Skills we Need:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cannabis, alcohol, beverage, or CPG industries.
  • Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable representing a brand in public settings and engaging with diverse groups.
  • Knowledge of cannabis products, culture, and compliance regulations a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel regionally.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to sit for long periods of time
  • Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • Reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
  • Occasionally required to stand and walk.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
