  • Collaborate with global teams to enhance execution, tooling, and trading infrastructure
  • Contribute research and insights to improve overall team performance and strategy portfolio
What you will need to succeed

  • Demonstrated ownership of trading strategies running in production
  • Experience in one or both of:
  • Low-latency CeFi trading
  • On-chain (DeFi) trading
  • Strong understanding of execution, liquidity, and market dynamics
  • Experience with latency-sensitive systems and exchange APIs
  • Ability to generate and validate trading ideas using data and real-time feedback
  • Strong quantitative skills with solid programming and data handling capabilities (e.g. Python, SQL)

At Flow Traders, we acknowledge the importance of open and transparent communication whether it be with our employees, our stakeholders, or our local and global communities.
