General Laborer – Hiring Now!

Aerotek is hiring General Laborers to work in a large flour mill. You will start with cleaning work and get trained in other areas like packing, warehouse, machines, and basic welding support.


What You’ll Do
  • Clean and sanitize the flour mill
  • Sweep flour dust and clean equipment
  • Follow safety rules (lockout/tagout)
  • Work on different floors (use stairs daily)
  • Help with packing, milling, and warehouse work after training
  • Move bags, pallets, and materials
  • Do basic computer data entry
  • Assist machines after training
  • Check product quality
  • Work in dusty, hot, and noisy conditions
Requirements
  • Willing to learn and work hands‑on
  • Comfortable with physical work
  • Able to work in hot, dusty, and loud environment
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Good attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Work

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.39 - $19.39/hr.
