Job description

Asembly Technicians Level I, II, & III needed We are seeking detail-oriented and skilled Assembly Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling a variety of agricultural equipment and machinery, ensuring that all components meet quality and safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient production of high-performance machinery that supports farmers and agricultural operations.

Job Duties Include: Read and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to assemble both small and large mechanical assemblies with minimal direction. Perform and build sub-assemblies (e.g., heads, engines) and complete entire assemblies independently. Utilize basic hand tools and battery-powered impacts, along with specialty tools such as A/C and hose machines

Demonstrate hardware knowledge, including the use of nuts, bolts, and washers. Navigate and utilize the Parts Book (inventory catalog), Great Plains (GP), and internal Bill of Materials (BOM) to establish pick lists and manage inventory. Read and implement hydraulic and electrical schematics, as well as hydraulic hose and electrical lists.

Troubleshoot fault codes and direct the assembly process while guiding and training fellow assembly technicians. Develop, improve, and implement SOPs for the assembly process. Become certified to operate A/C machines and CAT software programs as needed.

Conceptualize complex equipment and lead efforts to enhance assembly efficiency and accuracy. WORKING CONDITIONS Work indoors or outdoors depending on the assignment. Indoor environment: cold, heat, dust, fumes, airborne particles, minimal to moderate noise levels, machinery, moving equipment. Outdoor environment: rain, extreme cold, wind, extreme heat, dust, moderate to loud noises, machinery, moving equipment.
