Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and compliance.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.


Requirements

Bilingual in English & Spanish is required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.

CPA or CMA certification (highly preferred).

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.

Strong understanding of GAAP.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
