We're all about fostering a local community of food enthusiasts - individuals who get a kick out of exploring the corners of our store, finding new foods to add to their pantry. We stock the freshest ingredients alongside a wide selection of groceries that cater to every taste and preference. But it doesn't stop at our shelves - we're here to curate memorable shopping experiences for each person that walks through our doors. Our secret ingredient? Our incredible team who encourage each customer to be part of these experiences, immersing themselves in the world of food.
What You'll Do:
  • Listen to customers to gain a thorough understanding of what they need
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • Examine sales floor to ensure floral department is well-stocked
  • Order flowers, plants, and other greenery for use.
  • Receiving shipments, and then snipping and displaying our flowers.
  • Creating beautiful and stunning bouquets and floral arrangements.
  • Advise customers on the proper care and maintenance of floral arrangements.
  • Maintain inventory levels of floral department and restock as needed.
  • Ensure that flowers and plants are properly watered and stored to prevent wilting.
  • Foster a productive working environment.
  • Motivate and inspire staff while facilitating personal growth.
  • Set strategic long and short-term goals and evaluate outcomes.
  • Guarantee the highest levels of quality are met.
  • Staying updated with the latest trends in the floral industry.
  • Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.
