The Floor Tech plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of various floor surfaces within commercial, industrial, or residential settings. This position is responsible for performing routine and specialized floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, and buffing to ensure floors are in optimal condition. The Floor Tech contributes to creating a welcoming and professional environment by adhering to established cleaning standards and safety protocols. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to operate floor care equipment efficiently. Ultimately, the Floor Tech supports the overall facility maintenance team by ensuring floors are clean, safe, and well-maintained, enhancing the experience for occupants and visitors alike.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in floor care or janitorial services preferred but not required.
  • Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
