Job description

Job Title:         Schedule Planner

Client:              Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company

Duration:         1 Year (Possible Extension)

Location:         Davenport, IA 52809

Shift:                3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Description:

  • Plan and schedule production and service parts to meet manufacturing requirements.
  • Manage material planning, Kanban systems, and production schedules.
  • Expedite production and purchased parts to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Coordinate parts availability with other John Deere departments.
  • Support engineering and material change implementation.
  • Analyze production capacity, workforce requirements, and future scheduling needs.
  • Audit inventory accuracy, production reporting, and scrap records.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and manufacturing teams to optimize production flow.
  • Work both on the manufacturing floor and in an office environment to support operations.
  • Perform administrative duties and support continuous process improvements.
