he Floor Support role is critical to providing an exceptional guest experience at Brickstone Brewhouse. This hybrid position combines the responsibilities of a Busser, Food Runner, and General Floor Support, focusing on maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, delivering food promptly and accurately, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for throughout their visit.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Table Maintenance & Resetting
    • Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring they are clean, inviting, and ready for the next guests.
    • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, chairs, and surrounding spaces.
    • Replace table settings and brush chairs to maintain the restaurant's polished appearance.
  • Food Delivery
    • Expedite food from the kitchen to tables efficiently and accurately, ensuring each guest receives the correct order.
    • Explain dishes and address guest inquiries upon food delivery to enhance the dining experience.
    • Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
  • Guest Support
    • Refill water glasses, remove used dishes, and anticipate guest needs throughout their visit.
    • Assist servers in addressing additional guest requests to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Cleanliness & Organization
    • Keep bussing, food running, and service stations stocked, clean, and organized.
