Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily restaurant operations during your shifts. You will support our management team by coaching employees, maintaining service standards, solving problems, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional hospitality. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working alongside their team and leading by example.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Experience • Ensure exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction • Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally • Maintain a visible presence in the dining room • Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere Team Leadership • Lead and motivate team members during shifts • Coach employees on performance, service, and standards • Assist with training and onboarding new team members • Hold employees accountable to company policies and expectations Shift Operations • Oversee opening and closing procedures • Coordinate communication between front and back of house • Maintain quality, cleanliness, and safety standards • Manage labor and staffing throughout shifts • Ensure smooth execution during busy service periods Restaurant Standards • Monitor food quality and presentation • Enforce health and sanitation standards • Ensure compliance with company procedures • Identify operational issues and communicate solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to lead calmly and effectively under pressure • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities • Positive attitude and professional demeanor • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
