What You'll Do as a Flooring Installer:

  • Assist with installing and repairing commercial and industrial concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
  • Prepare job sites and surfaces for flooring applications.
  • Measure, lay out, cut, and align materials accurately based on project requirements.
  • Mix and apply flooring materials according to project specifications while learning proper installation techniques.
  • Operate a variety of tools and equipment safely as you build your skills through hands-on training.
  • Follow project plans, diagrams, specifications, and company safety procedures.
  • Load, unload, and secure materials, tools, and equipment while keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe.
  • Support your team and our customers by communicating well, following directions, and helping projects run smoothly.

  • Hands-On Experience: At least 1 year of flooring installation experience; concrete, epoxy flooring, or commercial construction experience is a plus.
