St. Thomas More Parish is seeking a gifted communications professional who can help proclaim the Gospel with clarity, beauty, and purpose, across print, digital, and parish-wide communications. This role is ideal for a faithful Catholic disciple with professional communications experience and skills, i.e., someone who can manage deadlines, shape messaging, support ministries, and bring creative excellence to the everyday work of parish life. Job Summary:The Communications Manager oversees the creation, coordination, and delivery of written, printed, and digital communications for St. Thomas More Parish. This position manages the parish website, bulletin, newsletter, social media, Flocknote communications, promotional materials, Mass slides, advertisements, and other parish and school publications. The role works closely with parish staff, school staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers to ensure events, programs, and initiatives are promoted clearly, accurately, and on time. The Communications Manager also supervises the Communications Department, maintains consistent branding and messaging, and supports media relations, public relations, and external communications for the parish.



Requirements:

Candidates must be a fully initiated Catholic in the communion of the Catholic Church and intentionally living out the five precepts of the Church (CCC 2041-2043).
