THE ROLE:
The Floating General Manager will be given short-term assignments across the IHML portfolio. When assigned to a location, the Floating General Manager assumes the full duties of a General Manager. As interim leader of the hotel, this position requires a commitment to managing the overall operations of the hotel with primary responsibility to recruit, direct and manage the hotel team, day to day administration, generate revenue, control expenses, maximize profitability, deliver superior customer service and maintain a quality product while ensuring 100% compliance with all IHML policies and procedures and brand standard requirements and all metrics.
The Floating General Manager is required to travel 90% of the time, including overnights for the duration of the assignments.
