  • Own daily operations: staffing, scheduling, timekeeping, throughput, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and productive work environment; model and enforce all safety policies and SOPs.
  • Handle customer escalations and inquiries professionally; follow up on calls and emails from the Customer Service team and explain inspection results in plain language.

  • Support hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and-when necessary-conduct fair, well-documented corrective actions.
  • Execute program policies and state requirements, including waiver processes for qualifying vehicles.
  • Track and communicate key metrics (wait times, throughput, quality, customer feedback) and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide coverage at other facilities as needed; perform other duties as assigned.

What Success Looks Like:
  • Strong safety record and SOP compliance.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding station throughput, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Engaged, well-coached team with clear performance feedback and development plans.
  • Accurate, on-time reporting and documentation.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to drive vehicles with a manual transmission.
  • Ability to travel between facilities within your assigned coverage area during the workday
  • Must complete Parsons' training requirements (industry-specific training provided)
  • 2+ years of management/supervisory experience leading teams of 5 or more (industry-agnostic)
