Job description

We are seeking experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses (RNs) to join its Float Pool team.


Position Highlights

  • Shifts Available:
    • Days: 7:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)
    • Nights: 7:00 PM โ€“ 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)
  • Full-Time | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
  • Float across multiple Medical-Surgical units
  • Competitive Benefits Package
  • Relocation Assistance & Sign-On Bonus available (Case-by-Case)


Compensation

  • Flat Rate: $43/hour
  • Night Differential: $4.25/hour
  • Weekend Differential: $3/hour


Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient-centered nursing care
  • Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Advocate for patient safety, privacy, and quality outcomes
  • Float to various Medical-Surgical units as needed


Requirements

  • Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License
  • Minimum 1 year of current Acute Care Med-Surg RN experience
  • Must be currently working in a Medical-Surgical setting
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • BLS Certification required
  • Must be flexible floating between multiple Med-Surg units
  • AHCA Level 2 Background Screening and Fingerprinting required
