Blaze is currently hiring for a Float Teller at our Roseville North branch. As a Float Teller, you may be asked to step in and assist at other branches which includes Blaine, Minneapolis North, Coon Rapids, Maple Grove, Vadnais Heights, Roseville South. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. As a member of our team, you will be working with a diverse and experienced group of people dedicated to helping members meet all their financial needs. Along with helping members reach their goals, Blaze has created a work environment where employees can advance their personal career through promotion, transfers, and branch growth.


Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2-year period, and $2,000 for non-DNA experience paid over a 1-year period for all branch and member experience center positions

Your Schedule:

  • This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked).
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization.

We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
