Job description

The SHS Valley Traveler Float Pool supports staffing across facilities in Corvallis, Albany, and Lebanon. This role requires flexibility to float between hospitals. While a primary site will be prioritized for most of the contract, assignments may shift. Schedules vary and may include primarily weekend shifts or minimal weekend requirements. This role is ideal for candidates who are adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic environments. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission. Healthcare Provider Level BLS required. AHA ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS required. Preferred: Fetal Monitoring Certification and STABLE Required: 2 years of labor experience including: Labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, postpartum care of mother and newborn. Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing. Epic proficiency required. This position requires the use of the employee's personal automobile. Must be able to travel for work assignments at multiple points of care. NOTE: No excessive RTO will be approved.
