Job description

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Per Diem Pediatric General Surgeon to provide ongoing coverage at Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Utah. This role involves 24-hour on-call shifts, ideally one week per month, handling emergency department cases for both adult and pediatric populations. The position offers an opportunity to join a leading national multispecialty medical group dedicated to specialized healthcare for women, babies, and children.

Practice Info

  • Practice located at Timpanogos Regional Hospital in Utah
  • Emergency Department cases include both adults and pediatrics

Responsibilities

  • Provide 24 Hour On Call Shifts
  • Partner for Ongoing Coverage, ideally 1 week a month
  • Handle Emergency Department cases for Adults and Peds

Compensation

  • Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice
  • We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position
