  • The Top 3, acting as both the TOP 3 and Supervisor of Flying, is the representative of the VP of the Flight Department and the Program Managers. They are primarily tasked with the safe operations of daily flying, dealing with in-flight emergencies, and operational, mishap and irregularity reporting.
