Pour un de nos clients, un constructeur aéronautique de renommée mondiale nous recrutons un Spécialiste systèmes d'air/Pneumatique.
 Quelles sont vos contributions envers l’équipe?
  • Agir en tant qu’ingénieur système et mener des activités dans la discipline pneumatique.
  • Assurer l’intégration et la gestion de l’interface des systèmes assignés et coordonner avec les groupes internes et les fournisseurs. 
  • Définir l’architecture des systèmes pneumatique, préparer les spécifications et exigences, mener des modélisations fonctionnelles ainsi que des études techniques comparatives. 
  • Assurer la gestion, la validation et la vérification des exigences.
  • Gérer les fournisseurs d’un point de vue de projet et de technique. 
  • Revoir et approuver les documents de conception tels que les dessins des fournisseurs, les procédures d’essai, les procédures d’acceptation, les rapports de qualification et les documents de certification.
  • Analyse des documents, des résultats des essais au sol et en vol 
  • Préparer des rapports techniques pour démontrer la conformité aux exigences de certification applicables 
  • Soutenir la construction et l’exploitation de plates-formes d’essai (bancs, véhicules d’essais en vol) 
  • Travailler au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire pour aborder la définition du produit ou la résolution des problèmes 
  • Préparer des modifications de changement de conception ainsi que des solutions optimisées. 
  • Soutenir les équipes de production et en-service dans le dépannage des problèmes liés aux systèmes. 
  • Assurer le respect du calendrier et des jalons du programme.
  • Contribuer au domaine de connaissances et au système d’ingénierie bombardier (BES). 
Ce que vous apportez? 
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un baccalauréat ou d’une maîtrise en génie mécanique/aérospatial. 
  • Vous avez idéalement 5-15 ans d’expérience technique pertinente dans un domaine du génie aérospatial.
  • Vous avez une excellente connaissance des concepts de l’écoulement des fluides et thermodynamiques. 
  • Vous comprenez rapidement des problèmes complexes et avez d’excellentes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes 
  • Vous possédez des connaissances de base dans le domaine pneumatique et des disciplines techniques d’interface telles que l’installation de systèmes, l’avionique, les groupes motopropulseurs et autres. 
  • Vous connaissez la qualification des composants (DO-160, Mil-Std 810).
  • Vous connaissez l’assurance des processus de conception (ARP4754 A). 
  • Vous avez des connaissances en modélisation fonctionnelle et en tests de performance des systèmes. 
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les aspects techniques de l’ingénierie ainsi que la gestion de projet. 
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des outils MS Office
  • Vous avez une connaissance des outils de conception de systèmes tels que l’ingénierie basée sur des modèles ou les logiciels de simulation.
  • Vous êtes un joueur d’équipe reconnu ; bien travailler dans un environnement d’équipe et créer une relation de collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe.
  • Vous êtes motivé, dynamique et un bon communicateur. 
  • Vous possédez de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles ainsi que de bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale. 
  • Vous êtes prêt à voyager pour des affectations à court terme
  • Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) serait un atout.

ENGLISHWhat are your contributions to the team?
  • Act as a systems engineer and carry out pneumatics discipline activities 
  • Assure integration and interface management of assigned systems and coordinate with internal groups & suppliers.
  • Define pneumatic system architecture, prepare specifications and requirements, conduct functional modeling and trade studies.
  • Ensure requirements management, validation and verification 
  • Manage suppliers from a project and technical perspective
  • Review and approve design documents such as vendor drawings, test procedures, acceptance test procedures, qualification reports and certification documents
  • Document analysis, ground, and flight test results
  • Prepare technical reports to show compliance to the applicable certification requirements
  • Support the build and operation of test platforms (rigs, flight test vehicles)
  • Work within multi-disciplinary team to address product definition or issue resolution
  • Prepare design change modifications and optimized solutions.
  • Support production and in-service teams in troubleshooting systems related issues.
  • Ensure adherence to program schedule and milestones.
  • Contribute to Knowledge Domain and Bombardier Engineering System (BES).
     
What you bring?
  • You have a bachelor’s or master's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering. 
  • You have ideally 5-15 years of relevant technical experience in an aerospace engineering field
  • You have excellent knowledge of fluid flow and thermodynamic concepts.
  • You quickly understand complex issues and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • You possess basic knowledge in the pneumatics field and interfacing technical disciplines such as system installation, avionics, power plant and others.
  • You are familiar with component qualification (DO-160, Mil-Std 810)
  • You are familiar with Design Process Assurance (ARP4754 A)
  • You have knowledge in functional modelling and system performance testing
  • You are comfortable with the technical aspects of engineering as well as project management
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office tools 
  • You have knowledge of system design tools such as Model Based Engineering or simulation software
  • You are a recognized team player; work well in a team environment and create a collaborative relationship with other team members
  • You are self-motivated, dynamic and a good communicator
  • You possess good interpersonal skills as well as good written and oral communication skills 
  • You are willing to travel for short-term assignments
  • Bilingualism (French and English) would be an asset.
