As part of Supply Tech Ops, the ProHub Solutions Specialist owns complex second-level escalations from consultants, advisors, and travel managers across every FCTG brand: Leisure, Corporate, and Independents. You won't just solve the problem in front of you. You'll build the knowledge and capability that means the next consultant doesn't need to ask.This role blends deep problem-solving with quality oversight across our entire support ecosystem, including offshore providers and AI agents. You set the standard for expert resolution and consistency, every time.
 
Day to day you will...
  • Resolve complex, escalated air and GDS issues that Level 1 support can't crack
  • Work fluently across Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport and TPConnects
  • Review and lift the quality of resolutions delivered by offshore providers and AI agents
  • Build consultant capability through our knowledge content and self-service tools
  • Spot patterns in escalations and flag to fix the root cause
