- Assists and supports the Manager of Maintenance Vendor Operations and other senior management in projecting a strong commitment to the uncompromising promotion of safety and regulatory compliance.
- Provides oversight of third-party maintenance provider, ensuring contractual obligations are being met and operational performance expectations are being achieved.
- Assists in the creation of Airworthiness Agreements and Letters of Procedural Authority for the respective maintenance providers.
- Facilitates the addition of fueling vendors and on-call maintenance providers to the Learning Management System.
- Assists ground operations and the PSA Safety and Security department as required.
- Assists Flight Operations leadership where necessary to achieve superior operational performance.
- Assists the Manager of Maintenance Vendor Operations in the development and achievement of performance KPI's.
- Assists with continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
- Ensures compliance with all PSA required policies, practices, procedures, and processes.
- Compiles and provides various reports and data packages as required or requested.
- Keeps Manager of Maintenance Vendor Operations and Senior Management apprised of all actual or potential negative conditions that may affect aircraft maintenance and ground operations.
- Submits monthly Maintenance Provider List (MPL) updates to the Manager of Maintenance Vendor Operations.
- Assists with maintaining and accomplishing the monthly review of the PSA Airlines Fueling Procedures Manual.
- Reviews third party maintenance invoices for accuracy.
- Monitors and improves outstation vendor safety and reliability performance.
- Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification.
- Working knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR).
- Experience with management and administration of service contracts and agreements.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with Vendor Management and Contracts.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and M&E software.
- Must possess or have ability to possess U.S. passport or equivalent within 90 days.
- Ability to speak/read/write in English.
- If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred
- Advanced technical degree in Engineering, Aviation, Business Administration, or closely related discipline.
- Experience with program management.
