Compensation includes competitive benefits and 401k with generous employer match. Paid Time Off and eight (8) paid holidays per year are available immediately upon employment.

- Bidding for charter/ad-hoc routes with various customers
- Tracking airplane takeoff and landing times; monitor aircraft in flight using software tools
- Enhance safety of pilots by monitoring flights to ensure safe arrivals
- Fielding communication from pilots
- Logging flight information
- Entering flight information into flight following database, FlightDocs
- Observe safety and FAA regulations
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Aviation experience is preferred
- Sales experience is preferred
- Required to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Excellent computer skills including inputting data into Excel spreadsheets and using Air Traffic Control software to monitor flights
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Be a reliable team player, reporting for work on time and ready to assist co-workers
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
