As a Member Service Representative I, you'll be one of the first faces and voices our members interact with. You'll assist with day-to-day banking needs, help members find products and services that fit their goals, and create positive experiences that build lasting relationships.

What You'll Do
* Welcome and assist members with their financial needs in person, over the phone, and electronically
* Open and close deposit accounts and assist with account maintenance and servicing requests
* Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, balance inquiries, money orders, and wire transfers
* Help members navigate fraud concerns and card disputes with professionalism and empathy
* Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that align with members' needs and financial goals
* Review account documentation and membership records for completeness and accuracy
* Support branch operations and provide backup assistance to the teller line as needed
* Collaborate with teammates to create a positive and efficient branch experience
