The Role

The Citation X Captain operates CE-750 aircraft as Pilot-In-Command (PIC), ensuring safe, legal, compliant, and efficient flight operations while delivering top-tier passenger service on Part 135 charter missions.


The PIC shall be responsible for, and is the final authority as to the operation, safety and security of the aircraft, all crew members, passengers, and cargo carried onboard. In an in-flight emergency requiring immediate action, he may deviate from any regulation as necessary and to the extent required to meet that emergency.

KeyResponsibilities

The duties listed below accurately reflect the core regulatory responsibilities and qualifications mandated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and are fully aligned with the companys operations manual.


A complete and detailed description of all PIC duties and responsibilities is available in the companys General Operations Manual (GOM), which serves as the authoritative source for operational guidance and will remain accessible to all personnel for reference and compliance purposes.


  • Exercise PIC authority for the safe, legal, and compliant operation of all flights in accordance with 14 CFR Part 135 and company GOM.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance with FAA requirements, including flight planning, weather minimums, routing, aircraft performance, MEL/CDL adherence, and airworthiness status prior to departure.
  • Conduct required pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties in accordance with FAA regulations and company SOPs, including inspections, checklist usage, and documentation.
  • Maintain operational control support by coordinating with dispatch/operations while retaining final authority for go/no-go decisions.
  • Ensure crew compliance with duty/rest limitations, qualification currency, and all safety management system (SMS) practices.
  • Apply Crew Resource Management (CRM) and threat/error management to ensure safe, efficient flight operations.
  • Manage abnormal and emergency situations in accordance with FAA-approved procedures and company training.
  • Ensure passenger safety and regulatory adherence for all onboard activities, including briefings, security considerations, and cabin compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting, including discrepancies, maintenance write-ups, and required operational documentation.
  • Uphold company service standards while ensuring no deviation from regulatory or safety requirements.


Qualifications

  • ValidCE-750 Type Rated Captain (PIC); applications without this certification will not be considered.
  • ATP / MEL
  • Current FAA First Class Medical certificate
  • Valid Passport
  • U.S. citizenshiporPermanent Resident status (valid Resident Alien Card)with unrestricted right to work.
  • ICAO eligiblefor international operations.
  • Ability to successfully complete Company training and demonstrate proficiency in all required duties.
  • Part 135 experience preferred.


Flight Time Requirements

  • 3,500 total flight hours
  • 1,500 hours PIC (any aircraft)
  • 250 hours PIC in CE-750 type
